Philanthropy for Active Citizen Engagement (PACE) and E-Volve release the first edition of a state-of-the-field report on online citizen engagement called "Power to the Edges."

This first edition is a snapshot of the current state of online democracy in the age of connectivity brought about by the Internet and other digital information technologies. "Pushing Power to the Edges" provides an overview of the state of online democracy; what it is, where it is headed, and what it means for activists and those who support them.
